I ordered brightensure teeth whitener on line at a trial offer price of £6.95. They took another £7.95 on the same day and on 10th February they took another £99.95. I sent them e-mails and tried to phone them but could never get an answer. This month they have taken another £46.90. I have contacted my bank and they are going to stop more being taken. This has cost me £!44.80 and a lot of my valuable time and energy. The company had a 30day returns policy but said nothing about sending any further supplies, (which they didn't) nor anything about a monthly subscription.
I understand that I need to send some evidence and wondered if I could be advised on this. I thought I could cut and paste the relevant bits of my bank statement but am unsure of what is needed and how I can estimate it's size. Can anyone help?
