I noticed that your-money.tv had taken £70.00 from my account on 14/2/2012. i rang my bank and explained to them that i did not authorize this payment and have never heard of the company before. they told me that id receive letters withing a few weeks and to read over them and send them back (its been a month and a half still no letters). I searched google and found this site, so i did exactly what was said on other posts, ringing consumer direct and action fraud. i then phoned my bank and they wanted nothing to do with it but gave me the number for the company. i rang them up. the website is no longer available but they gave me another website www.yourmoneyfinder.me they told me i was a member and they couldnt give my money back. i asked them for my details to sign into my "account" they said its just your email and password. it did not recognise them so i clicked forgotten password and typed my email in and it said no account. i told the guy on the phone he said i'll just check. he came back and said "oh because your account hasnt been used in so long it has been suspended". even if i set up an account its been a month and a half. The bank dont want anything to do with it. im seeing all these other people complaining about it so i am happy its not just me suffering.
also i just checked now and www.yourmoneyfinder.me is no longer a site. 2 hours ago i checked it and it was (smiling people with money in their hands) it just takes you to a site about microsoft. its got fraud written all over it but i dont know how i can reclaim my money
Update: 03/30/2012
having been phoning bank constantly they have just told me that a futher £70 came out of my account on the 27th march. The bank dont seem to care
Update: 03/30/2012
After speaking to someone from barclays again, the gentleman i spoke to said to me that i would have my money back within the next 24 hours (i dnt know if i believe him) i also have a refrence number. so fingers crossed i may be sorted.

- no-one is bothered about your shity 'customer services' we are straight to the banks, sooner or later they are going to get sick and tired of you.Maybe suspend all payments to you.You see,if you had paid the money back to my friend,at the beginning, you could have saved yourselves a lot of trouble.NOW PAY IT BACK
