This is the second fraudulent charge on a credit account from this company. The first time, I just had my CC company do the work (and got a new card # issued). This time, my CC card asked me to call their customer service number on my CC bill. They were easy to call and responded to my complain, which seems strange if they're scammers. But given the number of complaints, it seems they're looking for easy money in small unauthorized charges. It's disconcerting that they had my new card # on file! Beware.
