I hired this company to get me a rent to own home or find an investor to fund the home and I would pay rent to the investor and then purchase the home from the investor within 3 yrs.We found a home and was told we needed an additional $7000 for the downpayment which I sent ,I never got the home and when I asked for my money,he said it was tied up.When I questioned that he said he was closing the business and filing bankruptcy.I did some digging and found he had already filed bankruptcy in April 2010 ,before he took my money and had the bankruptcy dismissed in Feb,2011,three months after he took my money.I have called him several times ,finally,last week he did return my call and basically told me he had called the police on me for calling him and told me to stop voicing my opinion on the internet.He said he was coming to my house to see me face to face,which I took as a threat.He also called me a bitch and said I was now on the bottom of the list to be paid back.What kind of company speaks that way to their customers?I need my money to move on.
