On the 20th of March 2012 I won a coffee maker with a free bid. It cost R 16 something/ R 17. After I agreed I was billed a very nice R 117 (rands - South African currency). Immediately after that I sa another amount go off my credit card, after which I wrote them the following mail:

Jeanine: how did it then end up in my account and how did I pay for it, if it was not agreed to?

Jeanine: where did I agree to the purchase?

Robert: When you made the payment for the Senseo Coffee Maker, you got a pop up about the 250 bid package correct?
Robert: You click on the accept offer that is why it is charged to your account
Robert: and looking at the account, you have used 21 bids out of the 250.
Jeanine: it does not matter even f I use all of it, nowhere did I agree to this amount, do you realize that?
Jeanine: and nowhere did I agree to this product
Robert: I'm sorry but the only way that this will be charged is by clicking on the accept offer button
Jeanine: well, then go and review that button - it does not show this product or price - please log a complaint and send me an incident or reference no

Guess what - after this I did not go onto ziinga, but all of a sudden this morning 28/03/2012 I get charged another R 658-00. For what? I thought you had to agree? and enter the code?

I hereby also request with immediate effect that all payments from my card/payments made/monies requested with my credit card be cancelled immediately with immediate effect.
