On October 18, 2011, I received a fax asking if we like to go on vacation for $149 a piece. We would have the option to select where we would like to go and we had one year to use it. I was hesitant, but said ok.

So I sent in the money $149 x 2 plus just recently the $70 activation fee because I wanted to use the trip the week of April 16--just after income tax day.

Well I called David Sinclair, I emailed him, I emailed the sales@encore site, and to date I have NEVER received ANY kind of response.

Could it be true--did I too get SCAMMED? Probably. What are the chances I may see our money back. That is up to this "complaint" board, I guess. I will NEVER, EVER go "traveling" this way again. These people should be sent to jail for taking advantage of people.

The little Miss Brooke (that was SO nice) was evidentally one of the leading scammers. And then this David Sinclair (the Gen. Mgr) shame on you Mr. Sinclair. You ARE an A ? ? ? ? ? ? in no uncertain terms.

Can I get my money back and go on a REAL vacation--that is the question???
