I ordered a pair of Jeffrey Campbell inspired shoes for my daughters birthday.
I paid via PayPal. After two weeks I mailed that I didn't receive the shoes, and I got the answer that due to internet problems and holidays the order was delayed, and they had send it. It could take two weeks. After two weeks: nothing. They answered that the parcel had been sent and that it was lost. They told me they investigated where it was lost. After two weeks and several emails they wrote that a new pair of shoes had been send, but due to chinese newyear it could have been delayed... Since then I never got any answer on my emails.
Paypal does not refund, because it exceeded 45 days.
