I purchased an HTC Incredible S through ChatandVision on Friday 23/03/12 with an estimated processing and delivery time between 3-10days. They've deducted my account (through PayPal) but I have been trying to contact them through their number, web page form and email with no response! I'd really just like my money back so that I can purchase a new phone elsewhere.
Update: 03/28/2012
The company has now made contact through scambook and email to confirm that my purchase has been shipped.
