In January 2012, I ordered & received an E-cig starter kit. At that time I received a little small print note saying that they would send me refills every so often and charge my account. I immediately called and canceled any implied membership explaining that NO more charges were to made and if I wanted anything in the future, I would order it myself. I was told that it would be no problem.
On March 26, I received refills for the E-cig. When I called to complain and to tell them I had already canceled any and all automatic shipments the whole rigamorole started again. This time I yelled long enough that I was given a cancellation #. I returned the product and kept the tracking # from the USPS. My credit card company advised me that if the amount was not credited to my account within 30 days of e-cig receiving the mdse back the cc company will pursue it for me. It was only after the fact that I found out this has happened to other customers. It's a shame that they conduct business this way as the e-cig is a good product.
