Ordered $75 worth of merchandise. One item was marked refunded although no refund was given. She said the item I ordered was out of stock and asked if I want something else...then an email goes out saying she has the item and it is on sale for a higher amount. I responded to that email (guess she didn't figure I was on that mailing list) and said one was supposed to be for me because I already paid for it. She said she was "just about to email me" and would get it to me right away. Well here it is March 2012 and I still had to contact her again to inquire and she says she "gave the package to the girls over a week ago" and it should have made it to me by now. Nonsense.
