I never received the product, yet they wanted me to pay over $150.00. I told them I refused and wanted a total refund. I spent 45 minutes yelling at them, and the only thing the operator could come up with was refunding me $100.00. So, even though I was unhappy, I took the $100 refund.
They are a total scam. I could hear other agents in the background with customers yelling at them!! Get your money back, as much as you can. Please start a class action lawsuit against these hucksters...they are horrible!

They actually scammed me for $155.00 on credit card, unauthorized charge
