I have made an order, and emailed this company, and tried to contact by phone, with no response. I have yet to be sent a tracking number, yet they have taken the money from my credit card. I know it's not much money, but it's the principle. What do I do?

I got in touch with this company, and have been told my order is being processed. We shall see.......

Order is on it's way. I wish I knew how to remove this complaint.
