Complaint 9412 Details

This started back in June when I saw the add at Bidrack.com penny auction. It was suppose to be free to start with but in order to do any bidding you must purchase bids. Now there are several different rates for different amount of bids. I do believe it started when I purchased bids, more than once. The reason I say this is because the company knew that I wouldn't recieve any merchandise I would win. On several large items the timing was off to let some one else win. But in any event, I won five things and paid for them and never recieved a one. I sent several messages on their forms but never a quick return. I called their office several times but to no avail. They did give me free bids, but why when they knew I wouln't win any thing but more bids. They did make up a form for me to ask for my money back. They even itemized each occurance. The office said they would have 72 hours to respond to what they would do. Their time ended several days ago and when I check their form, it says it is in review.
