Representative, Alexander Rivera, publicly acknowledged on his website that I was the winner in a monthly drawing for a $25 AMEX. Numerous emails requesting status were ignored. After notifying him that complaints were filed with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office, Mr. Rivera replied with the following email on 9/7/11:
I want you to know that I have never received an e-mail that made me laugh as much as this one did. Have a good day, you smelly bag of douche.
In response to the complaint, Mr. Rivera lied to the Attorney General's office claiming the card had been mailed in August.
