I posted my sad story about a month ago... Sorry to hear that there are so many others that fell prey to these scumbags... Has anyone been contacted by Carolyn with Advanced Loan Processing ??? She called me a few weeks ago and told me that they were going to send me a certified / registered letter putting me on legal notice; whatever that is... She refused to have dialogue with me at all at that time...
To date, I have not received anything from her, so I called her this morning and follow up... 858-603-8075 To my surprise, she answered and I asked about not yet receiving a letter, and she said that I never entered into a contract with them and nothing needed to be sent... This may or may not be a legitimate company with the same name, but Carolyn seemed to be aware of the scam associated with USG & ALP and advised me to seek litigation against them...
I made contact with San Diego FBI Agent, John Ireland a few weeks ago and sent him all of the correspondence between USG / ALP and myself, but have heard nothing back from him... Who knows if any of us will get any of our money back or if the scammers will be caught and prosecuted... All I can do is trust in the Lord and hope that it's his will that we do and they do...
