My computer froze. I received an ad, which told me the only way to proceed would be to purchase this software. It looked authentic under the guise of "Windows Vista 2012 Security". I purchased the product and ran a few scans, which never found anything. However, the first scan they did for free before I purchased anything had over 2,000 errors. I couldnt proceed without purchasing. now, the icon is gone on my computer. This prompted me to look into the situation more. Now, I am finding they are a scam.
