I became a member of this online dating service in January for just a month. I told them that and then again they charged me in February because they said I never contacted them and told them. Well now I have and I also told them please delete me from your files etc etc refund my $19.99 and do not ever charge me again. Then I go into the account info and tell them to delete my info etc etc. I see yet again they charged me a $9.99 which is a "please stay with us" price, but they never refunded the first amount nor did I accept the discounted fee. They just charge whatever and whenever they want. I have asked several times now to be refunded. and they have NOT done so. I want them to stop but they won't .I need help because evidently they are so hard up for real people on their website they won't let you go once they get your info.
