Free Credit report allowed a discount of $7.47 for 1 year in 2010. In September, 2011, it bounced back to $14.95 with no letter giving me a chance to cancel. In October 2011 it went to $16.95 for my FREE CREDIT REPORT !!
Now they want to offer me a "discount rate" of $8.47, and only credit me 1 month back. I have been trying to reach them since November. Why not just make that the standard rate for everyone and not RIP US OFF !!! They are not easy to reach by phone as no # is on the bank statement (try 888-888-8553)and besides that they are in INDIA or somewhere foreign. Give me an american!!!
