I ordered a "free" sample of both the purasilk and Regenative serum for an ad on the internet, only to find none of which is actually free!! Over the space of 6 weeks purasilk had taken £144.00 from my account!!! I rang the usa, spoke to a girl who informed me it was my fault for ticking the terms and conditions box when i ordrered, this i was not aware off, as i was only paying £6.00 p&p. I began to get cross with this idiot and demanded my money to be put back in my account, as i hadn't given my permission and purasilk was breaking the law with both fraud and theft, she offered me 25% back, i asked her where and who's pocket was the other 75% going??? I declined insisting a 100% is what i wanted, she said no, and that she was going to hang up on me as "I" was being offensive!! I told her this was not the last she will be hearing from me, my bank will be contacting her RE: theft, she hung up !!!!

Unfortunately you have been a victim of online scam and have entered into a recurring transaction and auto shipment. To avoid any further damage act fast- call your bank credit card department, cancel your card. Tell them this is an fraudulent advertising and misrepresentation of product with unclear terms and conditions. Ask them to dispute the charges already incurred.
Do not waste time arguing with the scam company.
Also file a complaint with Fraud UK and Buiseness bureau in US (on line).
Inform Purasilk that you are going to do the above.
All the best. I managed to act in time and only lost the shipping charges. -
