This clean-up thing just appeard one day and told me of the disaster my machine is/was. Tried to purchase the program but cannot load as 'copy and paste' of product key does not work. They have sent me several emails giving instructions on how to un-load but nothing works as there is no actual program in my machine only the advertising crap running an unwanted scan interfering with any thing I want to do - start reading emails and there it is ! There has to be a way to stop this intrusion. What is it?$39.82
