I have already lodged a complaint via this site but have since discovered further charges to my account for face cream I have not even recieved & did not request to be sent to me - I am now out of pocket for a total of $298.70, all because I foolishly gave my bank card details to a company for what I mistakenly believed would only be a couple of trial samples for a few measly dollars.
