Stay away from Ryan Hill he is a lier. The truth of the matter is that Mr. Hill never gave any money to Greg Preston. He has an asset management agreement with GB Capital, LLC. The matter is being settled and I encourage everyone to know that there is two sides to every story.

Jessie Tolbert is correct in some his statement above. I, Ryan Hill, did not give any money to Greg Preston however Greg was the facilitator for the asset management agreement I had with Jessie Tolbert and GB Capital, LLC. Greg Preston introduced me to Jessie Tolbert. Greg Preston was the go between for all communications with Jessie Tolbert. The agreement was sent to Greg Preston who then sent it to me and then sent back to Greg Preston to be forwarded to Jessie Tolbert. GB Capital LLC and it’s owner Jessie Tolbert is who my $10,000.00 was sent to and he has never produced the my return on investment or return the initial investment per contract. At this time Jessie Tolbert has made a claim that my full amount of money plus my return on investment is to be paid in full on or before April 14, 2012, or 4 months overdue. If this is done then I will update the status of my complaint. Yes there are two sides to every story and my side has all the documents and proof along with an open police investigation in Jessie Tolbert’s hometown of Bastrop, Louisiana. He is correct that I did not send any money to Greg Preston; however Mr. Preston is involved in this as he was working with Jessie Tolbert in my transaction.

- An update on July 12, 2012. Jessie Tolbert still continues to lie and has not returned one penny to the many people I know that he has scammed. Please do not do any business with Jessie Tolbert or any of his known associates or businesses. He is a common theif and will get his due justice soon. He parades around that he is a good Christian, but he is a liar and scam artist and will pay for his frauds that he has committed.
