I placed an order on line 2/25/12 and they immediatly took 59.99 from my account as of today March 22 I have not recieved the product. I called today and they said they mailed it on 2/28/12 and when I told them I never recieved it they looked into it and said oh, it was sent back by the post office. I said really well why didn't someone call me you have my number because you checked the account by my phone number. The reply was sorry, we will refund your money soon. I said how long is soon you have already had my money for a month and I haven't received a the product . The response was soon. Right!
