Seller sent me a cheap plastic trinket instead of the pair of shoes I ordered so that I "received" the item. Then they used a fake, undeliverable address as the return address so that Paypal thinks that I did not send the item back. Paypal therefore sides with the seller since I received the "wrong item" and didn't send it back.
