I responded to an advert about this company, through Chanel 4 news. The offer was for a trial of their products, and it claimed you had to use 2 creams together to obtain the desired results. The offer was postage costs only for the trial products, which i sent for. There was no mention of a contract or about returning the product if you did not want to keep using it. When the products arrived, an accompanying leaflet telling you about the product also had a paragraph in very small writing at the bottom. It said that by placing an order, you had agreed to a contract and to be sent a monthly supply of Mystique Anti-Aging Cream and Mystique Instant Wrinkle Smoother, and that if you do not cancel within 14 days and send the remaining products back,( which were supposed to be free!!!) you will be enrolled in their program of sending you both products every 30 days, the money for which will be taken out of my bank account. The products cost £79.95 and £59.95 respectively. There is no price given on their website. I am going to send mine back, but am worried now as I just read another complaint about this company not answering emails or their phone. This is just a scam to get money, and I don't know if it's even legal for them to keep using my credit card details. Like the other complainant, I am very worried that money will disappear out of my bank account when I never consented to a contract.
