I responded to an ad on Craigslist for the Lexington, KY area for an accountant/bookkeeper and this is the e-mail I received from "Odell":
I am Odell, the hiring staffing assistant. I got your resume today,
and I am excited to let you know that I think you are an awesome candidate.
Your previous job history is a huge plus. If you choose,
I would like to move you forward in the application process now!
The next step is to get your info over to Diane the hiring manager.

1st Premier Staffing
The first thing I did was check out the website for HGE Property Management. There wasn't any contact information listed and it was vague about where the company was located. I did a Google search for HGE Property Management and got to this site. It appears that several different Property Management names are used, such as NRF Property Management. If you go to each website, it is exactly the same, word for word with the property management company name changed.

- Yup, just got this same email for this job posting but I'm in Columbus OH. The only thing in the instructions it asked for was to confirm my phone number, everything else was typical personality questions and that was it, but now my resume has my address etc. The email I got seemed pretty hokey to begin with, but hopefully it doesn't turn into anything severe...
