I was at work and a young lady who said she represented the Arizona Diamondback's team said she had ticket package deals to
fill the empty stadium. I asked if the package was redeemable any game and she replied yes. The only exception was this coming
Saturday, August 6, 2011 for Bobblehead day. She gave me the package and said all I had to do was bring it to the ticket office and
reedem for 4 seats for the $20.00 any home game. I could also go
online and redeem. Well, I cannot pull up their website and reserve
my tickets. Their website is nonexistant. When I called the 866-521-4714, man on the line acted so surprised I couldn't get their website. I spend numerous hours online, now out the money.
This is a scam.

NOT A SCAM
I purchased the same package and had no problem using it. I purchased my tickets online at www.dbacks.com/smartcircle and used the code on my certificate which discounted my prices to half of the listing price. The $25 free restaurant.com certificate also worked great. My family and I have had a great expierance thanks to this Smart Circle package.
I believe the person who posted must have had a user error. -

This is not a scam. I am able to go to the redemption site with no problem. I am sure every one else can as well. Try it yourself, www.dbacks.com/smartcircle
