Custom ordered what I thought would be my future wedding dress. The dress came out VERY different than pictured. They used the incorrect fabrics, the waistline was too wide, neckline was different, and shape of the dress was off. I paid an extra $40 for custom sizing and they were completely wrong! It was too big, everywhere! I even gave smaller measurements because I wanted to lose weight before the wedding, which hasn't happened much yet and I even re-measured myself to make sure and the dress was made entirely too big. An extra 4 inches in the waist (8 sizes), extra 3 inches around the bust, straps were 2 inches too long, it looks hideous! I emailed them showing proof with a measuring tape of their mistakes. "Victoria" consistently emailed me back saying it was not made incorrectly and that they made the dress right, which they clearly did not. It even says they will reimburse you on their website if the sizing is off, they refused when I contacted them and told me to pay to have a local tailor do it! Complete scam of a company, rude customer service. Only good thing was that they said the dress would take 4 to 6 weeks and it showed up in 3 and a half. But for how horrible the dress is, I'd rather wear nothing to my wedding!
