Our car lease end in June 2011. We inspected the car using their "Ally end of lease kit" they had sent us by mail. The tires passed in the inspection. They were 3 years old only and in very good shape (high top Good Year Brand). Ally however, sent us a bill charging $200.00 a piece to replace those tires. I called to complain, but they could not explain right why they were charging a toal of $800.00 to replace those 4 perfectly good tires. I then said I was going to dispute that charge and threat to go to court. They then lower the total bill which was initially $1305.00 to $781.00 (tires plus excess mialeges). However that new charge still reflected the tires replacement (now a little close to the proper value). So consumers be AWARE, don't lease with Ally. They are disonest and will try to rip you off at some point during or end of lease...
