I recently discovered that my arrest record was published online with this website and could be found by simply searching for my name on Google. The fact that I was arrested is not so much a big deal, it is the subsequent events following that ARE. I recently applied for a job which would have paid me an annual salary of roughly $60K within the company that I work for. This position would have provided my family and I with benefits and a more comfortable living. Not only did I not get the job, but I am being talked about around the company and am being treated like a "black sheep" after years of being the "Golden Boy". I have since also been written up for being 1 minute after my scheduled shift!!! (the 1st time I have ever been late) Whats more, is if I want to get my life, integrity, and reputation back they have the audacity to try and extort me for $100. I understand that this is "public record" but it is wrong. They show what a person is/was arrested for and whether they were detained or not, but not if they were exonerated, convicted of a lesser charge, etc. This site is tailor made to paint a negative image of any person who is arrested. I believe it to be complete slander, defamation of character, and extortion. If this site were truly to inform the general public the facts would be more clear, but instead they seem to go to lengths to make the innocent look guilty and the unfortunate look premeditated and calculating. They need to be stopped.

  • Platinum Access Program morphed into World Luxury Destinations...same address, same scam, same people only a different phone number and website. Originally the website was one page with a phone number but in February they started making it look more "real". It's the same scam sell your timeshare to pay for the membership, rental income, identical.
