Jessie J. Tolbert of Bastrop, Louisiana and Greg Preston of Dallas, Texas scammed me out of $10,000.00 with a promised return on investment and I have not only not seen a dime in return on investment, but I have never seen my investment back. These two work together as a team and have had excuse after excuse as to why my money was never returned to me. I then sent a formal letter of request for return of my investment, per the contract, for immediate return of my $10,000.00 and have still received nothing. I have opened a complaint with a Detective of the Bastrop, Louisiana Police Department against Jessie J. Tolbert and currently am filing a complaint against Greg Preston in Dallas, Texas. These two conspired together to commit fraud. I am also working on a Federal case if I do not get anywhere with the local Police Department as I know there are other victims of these two. Please do not invest any money with Jessie J. Tolbert of Louisiana or Greg Preston of Texas as you will never see your money again.

This dirtbag is still at it out there scamming people, so please take my advise and do not send him or any of his associates a dime. It will never be seen again.

- Update on this scammer. He still has not paid any of the money he owes me or any of the other people he stole money from. Do not do any business with Jessie Tolbert or any of his many companies as he is a fraud, scammer and con artist.
