Originally sent for a trial sample. They sent full tub then continued to send every 30 days after that despite being sent the product with a request for a credit to be processed and a letter explaining that this was not a repeat order and that my bank had a claim on their company. I returned the product at cost to me so that I was able to track that they had received it back and still not credits were processed. They have just sent another package today 21 March.
