Received a text message on my cell phone from 571 218-5831 that I had won a Wal-mart $1,000 gift card. Obviously I would not respond to such a lame attempt but feel those involved should be sought our and fined. I am on a "Do Not Call" list for my cell phone number. I have never provided my cell phone number to Wal-mart so knew it was a scam.
