In January 2012 I saw an advert for a face cream which I purchased at the offer price of post and packaging of £5.95. My Mastercard was duly debited for that amount and a week later I received a bottle with a clear gel, in a padded envelope. No letter was included to say that I would be debited further or a choice of returning the item if I did not wish to purchase more in the future.
On receiving my March Mastercard statement I was horrified to see that I was charged £74.95 on 11 February and again on 28 February.
What a scam! ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FURTHER ITEMS. I am going to try to cancel any further payments.
I cannot afford to be ripped off like this.
