E-Wheel :THIEVES & SCAM
Took my money and now took my E-bike.
Dec.10,2011 ordered EW1400 from the www.electricwheelstore.com.
Dec.22,2011 received order, First day I checked the battery turn off automatically after 1 minute.
E-Wheel told me no return, no refund, only send battery to check.
Jan.19,2012 received battery fixed back( long time fixed). getting worse
E-Wheel said send bike back to check again (I paid shipping over $ 225). Mar, 1*.2012 still not get my bike back (Over 3 months).
- No pick up phone
- No return call
- No good service at all
- Lied to me, said done tomorrow every times. Last said done and gave me the FAKE FedEx tracking number.
NOTHING GOOD.
