We received the disk and there was nothing on it. We tried it on our DVD machine, then CD. Nothing there. I want my money back. There is NO phone number to make contact.

Hello,
The reason for which you cannot see the videos is because they are in FLV format. The reason for this is that they are used both on DVD and on websites. To open them you need VLC player installed. You can download it for free here:
