These idiots are calling me and are pretending to be Officers. They are going to serve papers on a Payday Loan from 2005. The Police, FBI, FTC, CA Attorney General's Office have been contacted. I have a Detective on the case and we will get to the bottom of this collection agency's practices. I am going to press charges against them. Payday Loans in CA cannot recover "insufficient funds" checks in criminal court. Obviously, statute of limitations has surpassed the four year mark. No paperwork showing the debt owed, just a moron on the other end pretending to collect on a debt that does not exist. Call your local Police Department and alert them of "District Restitution Services" phone number and speak to a Detective at your Police Department and alert them in detail as to their claim. Call the FTC and make a complaint immediately. (FTC #877-382-4357) Federal Trade Commission
