I signed a contract for a walkin tub. 11/18/11 the tub was installed 12/16/11 to contact mr. Jacoby 12/17/11 and I called Mr. jaab neither answed their phone
I was contacted by Mr. Jaab on 12/19/11 I told him that the tub Mr. Jacoby installed was the wrong tub Mr. Jaab Came by that eveing around 5:30 PM he
looked at the tub said it was the wrong tub an he would have it replaced with the
correct tub. He asked if I could bear with him for about three weeks until a new
tub would be installed.I said that I would an he left. After three weeks Icalled Mr. Jaab an he didn,t answer I called Mr. Jacoby no answer. Icalled the Compamy. I was told that Mr. Jaab was no longer with the Company.I explained
to the person that answered the phone.what I was told by Mr. jaab that prson told me that he was sorry but they couldn,t do anything for me.

    Mr. Buie ordered a walk in tub. The tub was delivered in his home and unpackaged for his inspection before it was installed. It typically takes about a day to pull out the old tub and walls, prepare the area for the new tub. We do a dry introduction with our clients so when we leave they are confident with the tub, its installation and the operation of the jets heater and so on. The walk in tub was installed and Mr. Buie sat in the tub and reviewed the operation with our installer. The tub was installed as per the agreement he signed.

    Unfortunately after several days Mr. Buie decided he did not like the tub it was not big enough. We made arrangements for Mr. Buie, the salesperson and the installer to meet with him at his home. Our people waited over an hour for him he never showed up. We made several attempts to meet with him; called him several times he would not respond to us.

    Mr. Buie contacted his credit card company. The credit card company is his representative they did a thorough investigation of the documents. They ruled in our favor.

    Mr. Buie contacted the Better Business Bureau. They investigated and ruled in our favor.

    Mr. Buie called the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. We have been a licensed contractor for over 25 years. They investigated and ruled in our favor.

    We’re disappointed that Mr. Buie doe not like the tub. It is an American Standard Walk In tub that provides excellent therapeutic value. We have installed many of these tubs to rave reviews.
