Our company UpMarketDns.com co-brokered the sale of the domain name 46.com for $280,000 with the Chinese based company ename.com
Ename claimed all of the commission and refused to honour agreements made prior with us. As they are based in China they were confidant that legal proceedings against them would prove both long winded and expensive.
We have numerous emails outlining that we would receive a 40/60 split of the 10% commission but of course that sum was never paid.
