Here is some emails I have sent trying to get resolution to my complaints with Grabswag. This guy claims to be the Chief Operating Officer of Grabswag. See the emails I sent to him. He also says shipping the items have been stalled due to potential "fradulent" bidding activities on my account. How could I bid "fradulently" when I set up a legitment account? They charged me $99 initially without my approval as well.

Patrick Platz, Aug-04 08:19 (EDT):
Michael,

I now see on my Grabswag account that the items I won on auction are now
being credited for the amounts I paid. I appreciate that you are refunding
those monies, however I still want to know why you are not willing to ship
the items that I legitimately won on the auction.

I spent many hours bidding on items only to find out you will not ship them.
If that is the case, I want to be reimbursed fully for *all *the charges
including the extra bidding auctions I won, plus my initial sign up fees
which were also suspicious since I did not agree to buy the initial bids for
which I was charged.

Either you ship *all *the items I bid and won or reimburse me for *all* the
charges including my initial sign up fees.

I would appreciate an response immediately. I am still very dissapointed at
your poor business practices and SCAM like practice.

  • Michael,

How could my account be flagged as "fraud"? When I signed up, your company charged me $99 without my consent and when I called you would not credit my account back. I was told that I was give 30 extra bids and to start bidding on items. Although I was not happy about this, I did indeed start bidding on items and won several items including more bid auctions. These were all charged to my credit card.

Now you say my account is flagged as "fraud". Is it flagged because I won too many items, even though your system was very unreliable to work with? This is your problem, not mine. Please explain to my why my account was flagged "fraud".

I do want all my money back including my sign up charges and all charges to my credit card for all my auctions won, including the bid auctions.

My account still has 99 bids left and I demand that I be compensated for those as well. After you refund everything to me you can cancell my account.

    Hello Patrick,

Unfortunately your account was in fact flagged as fraud in our system and thus we were unable to fulfill your orders. The first order did go out prior to the flag. We will happily refund all monies on your account.

    Thank you.

Here is the latest emails I received from Grabswag. I doubt that I will ever be fully reimbursed.
