An unauthorized charge appeared on my account. I contacted my bank, and the said that it was a scam. They gave me a number to the bank that drafted the funds (Capital One). I called the number and it gave me another number to call. I do not have an account with Capital One, and the lady said that the charge was either a loan payment or credit payment neither of which I have through Capital One.
