everytime i try to log in it says invalid username or password. i have been seeking help with this since 3-13-2012. inever get any hand on hand help after asking for assistance all this time and never been able to log in once i repeat not once. i want to cancel and of course there is no phone number to call. i want nothing to do with this company and i want my money refunded
