Bought a kitchen faucet from HOME EXPO which turned to be defective, the finish flakes off and got rusted. Unfortunately the store chain ( a subsidiary to HOME DEPOT) closed. The Manufacturer/Importer claims since the store closed cannot honor the lifetime warranty. That's false in my view, this has nothing to do with the store closing since this is a manufacturer's warranty and not a store warranty. Searching through the net I found many complains for this company in Chicago, in regards to the same issue.
They DO NOT honnor their warranty. I intent to file complains to all BBB and fraud fight agencies.
