i went online to check my balance and was very confused when i saw that the amount of £68.75 had been taken from my account which then angered me as it then put me in the red with my overdraught which i had to then increase so as not to get any charges but also i had to get in touch with my landlord because i could not make rent this month and now i will have to pay double next month.i am absolutely furious that this has happened considering i have never heard of this company.is there any way to get this money back?

Hi Gary,as a matter of URGENCY,cancel your bank card,get a new one,otherwise you will be hit again.My friend has been hit twice.!!!
Ignore what the bank say,write a letter (recorded delivery) stating the withdrawal was unauthorised ,they have to prove it was,you have to do nothing -
