I placed an order with epokerdeals.com for some custom poker chips. Their initial customer service was good. They called me back within a couple days to confirm the details of my order. That was 2 months ago. They have billed my visa for the full amount of the order, which their website says will not happen until the product is shipped. They have promised a couple time that my product will be shipped by the “end of the week” still nothing.
I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my visa company.
Do not place an order with these company.
