To whom this may concern;

In April, 2011 I received an offer through the mail for a Mortgage
Audit/Loan Modification. I decided to call the number 1-800-385-7123 for Assistance as the letter instructed to do. I spoke to a
Jon Wakely (con artist) and he proceeded to tell me that this
company was approved by the BBB and the Secretary of State
of Kansas and they were the best at getting people a new mort-
gage as long as I was not in foreclosure. I kept asking all the per-
tinent questions especially about a Money Back Guarantee IF they
could not help me get a new mortgage. I was assured that only
2% of the people they deal with do not get a new mortgage be-
cause there is nothing wrong with the one they have. I asked
again about a Money Back Guarantee because they were asking
for either 2 payments of $1494 or 3 payments of $996. I was
convinced they could help lower my mortgage payments so I
decided to go with this company to help me in my hour of need.
Everything was done online, the contract, all the information
they needed to get me on my way to a new mortgage. The
first payment was electronically deducted from my bank account
on April 14, 2011 as were the second on May 14 and the third on
June 14. I was on the phone everyday asking when they would
get this process underway and was told to be patient, that I needed
to send more information ... long story short, they kept stringing
me along until they got the 3rd payment of $996 in June, then
dropped me like a hot potato! I kept calling until someone finally
had the guts to tell me that I should never have had to go through
this process because I deal with a local bank and there is nothing
wrong with my mortgage. I immediately told this person, Jeremy
that I wanted my money back and he said he would have to ask
about that. I called again on July 14 and spoke with Ruby Price
and she told me that I WOULD NOT BE GETTING A REFUND! I
have filed other reports on ripoffreport.com and someone else
copied/pasted that report on scaminformant.com. There have
been other people 'taken' by this company also and I will do
whatever it takes to get my money back! Because of trusting
unscupulous people, I am on my way to foreclosure, NOT having
a new mortgage! I need that money back to pay my mortgage!
Cannot wait until these people are arrested for fraud!

I'm sure by now these numbers are no longer valid because on
some of the other reports I've read ... the people working this
con, Ruby Price and her family live in Bonner Springs, KS and
supposedly are The Arize Group. I've asked someone to post
on scaminformant, all the info he has on Ruby Price, addresses,
phone numbers, etc.

If sending you all the information is what I need to do to validate
this report, I will have it in the mail to your office on Friday, Au-
gust 5 as I will need to make more copies and get everything
organized. I sure hope someone will seriously check into this
and help me and the other people get their money back!
