After I apply for a payday loan from another company was approved, the next day I checked my account there was another deposit from a company that I did not contact or had any dealings with. When I contracted them, they said I did an e-signature. Said that they had sent me a contract agreeing to the terms. I had not received such contract, until today 3/15/2010 when I requested that it be sent to me by email.
