- Hi Jackie,firstly,are you listening:CANCELL your bank card otherwise you will be hit again!!!!! write a letter to your bank (not a phone call),send it by recorded delivery,you state the withdrawal was unauthorised ,they have to prove it was,you have to do nothing,don't write the letter ,kiss your money goodbye
