was contacted by Timothy Nelson with GMX, Global Market Experts, on January 29th via email. He sent this link http://www.globalmarketexperts.com/timothynelson-presentation.htm to show how the program works. They guaranteed 6 closed loans in 30 days from the business they generate for you or another program was 12 closed loans in 30 days. They charge $249 per closed loan or $219 per closed loan (for the larger voluume) of which they collected 50% from me up front ($747.00) and collect the remaining 50% after the close of the 6th loan. If I had not closed the guaranteed 6 loans in the 30 day period, they would either refund my money or continue sending me leads until the 6th loan was closed. I paid the $747.00 up front with a check that I sent with the return fed ex mail form on January 5th. They received my check and cashed it on February 14, 2012. I then was contacted on February 16th by Christine Green with artwork for the marketing ads they were going to run. I approved the artwork and was supposed to be receiving calls from mortgage customers immediately following to start the 30 day period to close the 12 loans. ONce artowrks was "approved" i asked several times about when the leads would begin. After several requests Tim finally said we are "on track" with engineering and it should start in the next day or two. I have not been able to contact either Tim or Christine since, nor have I received a returned phone call or email. I have continuously tried to reach them with no luck. I have not received any mortgage leads, not one phone call, email, etc. since I approved the artwork. They cashed my check and never delivered anything they "guaranteed". They advertise on their website and on their email correspondence that they are members of the AMA, CMA and EMA. Another compliant said they contacted those organizations and they were all familiar with Ivan Moran and Timothy Nelson, however, they are not a member of any of those organizations. They have tried several times to get them to remove their logo from the Global Marketing Experts Website (www.globalmarketexperts.com) to no avail. He was first working under the Company name Guerrilla Marketing. When many complaints came in regarding fraud and false advertising for that company, they shut down the company, disconnected their phone lines and started up under the company name GMX pulling the same scam with people they had done with Guerrilla Marketing. They are even in the same building in Sacramento, California, but the checks were sent to Florida. I am trying to get my money reimbursed but have had no luck as of today. Any information you can supply regarding this situation will be appreciated.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GMX or GLOBAL MARKETING EXPERTS. Many scams are being reported by these guys.
