I, too, was taken in by this company. After paying the $19.97 start up fee, the $9.97 fee for the website and a $67.00 fee for more websites, I was unable to get into the website. The password was incorrect. On July 5, I asked for a refund from Plimus, the company that handles the financial information. They told me I HAD to try the system for two weeks before I asked for a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who got me my refund. I cancelled my subscriptions that I had for recurring charges with paypal and haven't seen anymore charges. You might want to try this route. Note: I did have all my ticket numbers and exact money that I spent. Good luck!
